We know that ordering a memorial for the first time can feel daunting. You are in grief, you may never have done anything like this before, and you want to get it right. Our process is designed to make every step as straightforward, guided, and stress-free as possible.
Step 1: First Contact
Get in touch by phone, WhatsApp, email, or via our online contact form. There is no sales pressure — just a friendly conversation about your loved one and what you have in mind. This can be as brief or as detailed as you feel comfortable with at this stage.
Step 2: Design Consultation
We arrange a design consultation — by phone, video call, or in person at our Wolverhampton studio. We discuss options, look at examples from our gallery of 268+ designs, and start to build a picture of what the memorial will look like.
Step 3: Design Proof
Our designers produce a full digital design proof for your approval. You can request as many changes as you like — we do not proceed until you are completely happy with the design.
Step 4: Cemetery Liaison
We contact the relevant cemetery authority, obtain any necessary permits, and confirm that the design complies with all local regulations. We handle all of this completely — you do not need to make any calls or fill in any forms.
Step 5: Production
Once approved, production typically takes 4–6 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout and let you know as soon as your memorial is ready.
Step 6: Installation
Our BRAMM-registered fitting team installs the memorial at the cemetery. We send you photographic confirmation of the completed installation. The process is complete.
